If you don’t want to receive referrals via Joy you can still promote your service! You will be able to choose your referral pathway when adding or editing your service listing on Joy.

There are two main ways you can receive referrals (click to expand):

• 1. Directly through Joy via an email (instant referral) This is the most common way to promote a service on Joy and works well for organisations that accept referrals via email
• 2. By linking to an external referral form/referral portal on another website This way works best for organisations that do not accept referrals via email e.g. Foodbanks
