Great news! Clients can now respond to emails and texts. This page will help you to understand how this feature works.

  1. First, you will need to type up an email or text you would like to send

  2. Select the box at the bottom of the page to allow replies

  3. Hit send

  4. Once a client responds, you will be notified.

  5. To view their response, click on the notification. This will take you to the patient’s ‘Client record’ tab.

  6. On the left-hand side, we can see an event stating that the client has responded

  7. On the right-hand side, you are able to view the response from the client. To view the previous messages in the conversation, select ‘view conversation’.

  1. If you would like to reply to the message, select ‘view conversation’, then ‘Reply’ in the top right-hand corner. This will send the client a new email to respond to.
  2. Now you are able to easily track your texts and emails with your client!
